Quick answer: The Agent Leadership Council (ALC) is made up of the top 20% of agents in each Keller Williams office. Acting as a “board of directors,” the ALC helps make leadership decisions that keep the office productive and profitable. Each of the WIN Network’s four offices has its own ALC, and meetings are held monthly.

What is the Agent Leadership Council?

The ALC is a dynamic “board of directors” actively involved in the decisions that make each office more productive and profitable. Their role: inspire, motivate, participate and listen, so each office can tailor its strategy to thrive in every stage of the market.

What happens at ALC meetings?

Meetings take place monthly, and every agent in the office is encouraged to attend and share advice and suggestions.
