What is MAPS coaching?
MAPS Coaching is Keller Williams’ coaching division. Its coaches work one-on-one with agents, teams, and offices on production, mindset, and business growth. Private MAPS coaching is a significant investment for an individual agent. Through WIN Wednesdays, WIN agents get access to four of these coaches as part of the network.

KW MAPS coach · Co-owner of two Keller Williams franchises
Jordan started in real estate at 15, was licensed in 2006, and knocked on 3,000 doors in his first year. He went on to become a team leader and co-own two Keller Williams franchises. He has completed more than 12,000 one-on-one coaching calls, and his clients include some of the highest-producing agents in the country.
Why it matters to you: Most agents don’t stall on skills; they stall on fear, anxiety, and their inner critic. Jordan’s coaching is built on one idea: performance equals potential minus interference. He helps you remove what’s getting in the way.

Patrick Ferry

Patrick is a longtime real estate technology coach who joined KW MAPS Coaching in 2025 to lead AI and online-brand-first business growth. In 2025, his coaching clients (more than 65 top agents and teams) generated over $1.3 billion in sales volume. He also coaches alongside Keller Williams co-founder Gary Keller in monthly mastermind groups.
Why it matters to you: Buyers and sellers increasingly find agents through Google, YouTube, and AI tools like ChatGPT. Patrick teaches agents how to build an online brand and AI-powered systems so those platforms recommend them.

Brittany is an assistant team leader at Keller Williams Realty Cherry Hill in New Jersey, a MAPS coach, and approved Keller Williams University faculty. She led one of the first pilot groups of Breakthrough 120, a Keller Williams production program; within a month, her group of 34 reporting agents had signed 115 agreements.
Why it matters to you: Brittany focuses on the daily activities that create production: database, lead follow-up, appointments, and open houses. Her coaching is about turning more conversations into more signed business.

Gabi Brennesholtz
KW MAPS Executive Coach · Director of Coaches, MAPS
Gabi has more than 13 years of experience buying, selling, and holding residential and commercial real estate, and more than 13,000 coaching hours. From 2022 to 2025 she was Director of KW Wealth at Keller Williams. Today she leads more than 200 MAPS coaches and actively invests in a multi-million-dollar real estate portfolio.
Why it matters to you: Commission income stops when you stop working. Gabi teaches agents how to turn their income into long-term wealth through investing and ownership, the part of the business most agents never get coached on.
